Job Purpose

The Marketing Specialist | Go to Market contributes to business customer and financial targets, and long terms goals by supporting the execution of the go to market strategy in the ANZS countries.


They take charge of the end-to-end executional process, ensuring deadlines are hit in time and all documentation is clear, up to date and organized. They produce campaign briefs containing important information about the activity we push to market to inform creative, site and channel partners. They ensure supporting teams are up to date on the promotional activity. They track competitor’s promotional activity and report on campaign performance support continuous campaign improvement.



  • Partner with the Marketing Manager | Go to Market on the promotional planning and execution process and ensure deadlines are hit in time.

  • Understand GTM strategy and promotional plans to produce accurate campaign briefs containing important information covering goals, messaging, use cases, products, offers/discounts, and execution expectations to be leveraged by partners in Creative, Site and Channels Teams.

  • Calendar/campaign localization at country level, including new product activation in site and channels.

  • Ensure campaign execution is aligned with Site MX and Channels.

  • Contribute to the development of 12-month promotional plan, and quarterly concept and planning activity and customer calendars.

  • Liaise with operational teams and handle ad-hoc queries to ensure campaigns and promotions run smoothly.

  • Campaign QA process.

  • Ensure GTM documentation (marketing calendars, briefing documents, competitive tracking, process documentation) is accurate and up to date. Socialize it with key teams/stakeholders across the business.

  • Produce weekly reports analysing the success of promotional activity. Monthly reporting at campaign level to support business review cycle.

  • Understand campaign KPIs, identify gaps and opportunities to drive promotional optimisation.

  • Projects as required.

    Essential Experience /Training 

    • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Campaign Management.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, or other related fields.

    • Ability to work autonomously, as a part of a team, and work effectively with different levels of the organization.

    • Excellent time management skills and be able to multitask.

    • Experience in writing strong cross channel creative & campaign briefs.


    Technical skills

    • Ability to think strategically and analytically to ensure successful campaign execution.

    • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as Google Workspace

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


    Desirable Skills/ Experience

    • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with ambitious commercial targets.

    • Prior experience working in Campaign Management is highly regarded.

    • Experience in campaign reporting and analysis.

    • Demonstrate an understanding of the role of price and promotional activity in marketing activity.

    Ways of Working Expectations
    • Attend all meetings with your camera on.
    • Mandatory working during cross-over hours, starting at 8am to 12:30pm IST. Afternoon hours are flexible, while still
    ensuring you complete a minimum of 8 hours per day.
    • Ensure your working from home set up is a quiet environment without distractions and have a strong internet
    • Discuss annual leave requests with eCommerce Manager at least 5 business days prior to requested leave dates.
