The Global Paid Social team, part of Integrated Media, operates in North America and Europe serving ad impressions worldwide. The team is highly skilled in running campaigns on social media platforms, ensuring reliable execution, and maintaining a high standard of excellence.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and Execute Paid Social Media Strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid strategy, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and prepare detailed reports. Use analytics tools to track key metrics, measure ROI, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting and segmentation strategies to reach and engage specific audience segments. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize audience targeting.
  • Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to refine and enhance campaign performance. Implement learnings to improve future campaigns. Conduct Conversion Lift Studies to comprehend the incremental value of using certain tactics in combination, or isolated from others to optimally distribute the Display Media budget across the Paid Social portfolio of partners.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Integrated Media Planning team, Creative team, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Collaborate on the development of integrated campaigns.
  • Stay Informed on Platform Updates and Innovations: Keep abreast of changes in social media platforms' algorithms, features, and advertising options. Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment. Provide accurate budget forecasts and manage spending within allocated limits.

  • Minimum 4 Years of Hands-On Paid Social Media Advertising Experience (preferably in the Retail and more towards web platform)
  • Proven Track Record of Achieving Positive ROAS
  • Experience Managing Budgets of $1m yearly or more
  • Demonstrated Success in Audience Segmentation and Targeting
  • Proficiency in Analytical Tools and Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Experience with Diverse Ad Formats and Creative Development
  • Demonstrated Ability to Scale Campaigns

 

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Facebook Blueprint, Pinterest Academy, Snapchat Advertising Essentials, TikTok Business Learning Center, or other relevant social media advertising certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, etc. Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker, and tools like smartly.io is a plus.
  • Proficient understanding of MMM (Media Mix Modeling) concept and its implications.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative paid social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
