What You Will Do:

  • Counsel our business leaders on talent, compensation, performance, and all things people-related—think of yourself as the guide on all things people focused
  • Team up with our HR Centers of Excellence to build custom programs that sync seamlessly with our organization's culture and goals.
  • Lead project teams to craft programs and processes that catapult our HR game to new heights
  • Embrace change like a top-tier explorer, leading initiatives and organizational shifts with precision and finesse.
  • Be the bridge between HR and the rest of the team, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR wisdom
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field—you're the scholar of the HR realm!
  • Flex your HR muscles with expertise across all the crucial HR areas including HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Talent Management, etc. — we want an all-star HR player!
  • Master of the art of data literacy—you're not afraid to dive into the numbers and uncover insights that guide decisions.
  • Cultural awareness in a global context — our workplace is a melting pot of diverse talents!
  • Previous experience working with really smart and talented engineering teams or other related cross functional partners — because you know how to navigate the brilliance and bring out the best in every individual.

  • Ability to flash a Human Resources Professional Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
