Our Team

We are looking for a highly organized and ecommerce-savvy Merchandising Project Manager to lead eCommerce merchandising projects from initiation through delivery. This role will work closely with merchandising and product teams to ensure projects are prioritized, delivered on time, UAT’d, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll be instrumental in planning, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing workflows, and tracking and reporting on outcomes

 

What You Will Do

  • Gain global alignment on merchandising problem statements, requirements, and impact.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories for technical teams.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track projects across multiple product teams and report progress back to merchandising stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among engineering, product management, merchandising strategy and merchandising operations.
  • Identify risks, track issues, and ensure effective mitigation and escalation plans are in place.
  • Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Use project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, GitHub, Slack) to track progress and ensure transparency.
  • Deliver regular updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Project Manage cross-functional and global projects outside of work with product teams (for example, holiday workstream).

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing ecommerce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic tech environment.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
