Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Europe remote

Our Team:

At Vista, the FP&A team is positioned to be a strategic partner to the business. As the FP&A Manager for Vista’s CARE (Customer Support) org, you will partner with the CARE management team to help optimize performance and ensure decisions are grounded in robust financial analysis. This is a remote-first position, ideally based in Spain, but we will also consider other EU/UK locations. The role will report to the Senior Director of FP&A (Design and Service) and will manage a global team of three.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of 3 finance professionals located in Tunisia, Jamaica and the Philippines, and be responsible for their development, engagement and well-being.
• Partner with operational leaders in the CARE organization and support them with analysis and insights to help them make strategic decisions / optimize opex spend and business value.
• Lead forecasting/budgeting for the CARE organization.
• Design, develop, and implement processes and reporting to help improve performance and financial insights.
• Coordinate with Vistaprint and Group Finance teams as it relates to the consolidation of Vistaprint’s financial results.
• Present to and communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting).
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to tell the story through the numbers.
• Relevant experience as a finance partner to a services operation (e.g. contact center / supply chain experience).
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.
• Experience developing and empowering teams in a multi-national environment.
• Demonstrated skills in financial modelling.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using FP&A systems such as OneStream/HFM would be a bonus, as would experience working in Customer Support or Operational organization.
