Vistaprint is looking for a marketing Specialist to support two of our EU markets. This position is a contract role for 5 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Go to Market campaign calendar is both locally relevant and aligned with Global Marketing. Not only will you be collaborating with different teams on the creation of the plan, but you will also lead the efforts to ensure all creative assets and workstreams are delivered on time. Your ability to project-manage the many stakeholders for both input and output will be key to success.
What You Will Do:
- Support bringing strategic product category integrated marketing plans and roadmaps to life across locales, purchase funnel, and full customer experience;
- Maintain promotional calendars of two of our EU markets to align integrated marketing plans;
- Collaborate with team members across cluster team, product management, channels, creative, technology, and pricing groups, as well as with agencies;
- Help identify market and consumer data to build and manage cohesive and meaningful marketing plans for the category. Stay on top of market trends and assist identifying new market opportunities;
- Support in writing creative briefs, reviewing creative, gathering cross-functional feedback, giving objective feedback, and ensuring inspired creative is delivered;
- Partner with product teams in understanding and informing roadmap of future products and services; Partner with brand team to understand and inform brand strategic direction as it relates to the product categories you work on.
Your Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing;
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to balance multiple complex projects at once. Ability to think analytically and use data to make informed recommendations;
- Customer-first mentality and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting; Comfortable working in highly cross-functional teams;
- Use of collaboration tools like: Jira, Miro, and/or Trello.
Fluency in English and German is a must
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or other related fields;
- Fluency in Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian.
