We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Specialist to join our team!

What You Will Do:

  • To look for new b2b partners for the API program, that integrates our content library to the client’s website;
  • Develop trust and long term relationships with clients;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in sales for at least 3 years;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Willingness to structure, execute and develop complex partnerships;
  • Advanced English and Spanish (written and oral) are required;
  • Desire to work in a multinational environment.

Hiring process:

  1. Interview with a recruiter (40 minutes);
  2. Interview with a Hiring manager (1 hour);
  3. Optional final interview (30 min).
