Vista’s PPAG Sourcing & Procurement team serves, inspires, and delights customers – and helps others in our organisation do the same. We own building a winning catalogue of Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts (PPAG) that delights our customers, and we are seeking a Sourcing Manager Europe.

What You Will Do

• Align on strategy with Product Marketing teams in Barcelona, London and Boston to grow our European PPAG assortment.
• Analyze the supply side of the European market and translate it into a strategy and roadmap of thousands of new product introductions annually.
• Build relations with top-tier fulfillers through active account management and lead a team of 3FTEs to handle the mid- and lower tier fulfillers.
• Develop the strategy to grow our network of fulfillers by actively acquiring new partners.
• Drive assortment performance by in-depth analysis and build learnings for future product launches.
• Ensure long-term performance and engagement of our fulfillers.
• Partner with the Fulfiller Onboarding team in Barcelona, Tunis, and Mumbai to add new fulfillers to our platform.

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Economics
• 7-10 years of experience in Product- or Category Management incl vendor management.
• The ability to adapt in a face-paced, constantly evolving environment and an excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to operate in an international setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the PPAG industry and an extensive network of suppliers and fulfillers in Europe is considered a plus;
• Thrives in a complex world. We are a growing and highly matrixed, global organization and face challenges typical of a company our size. Show us how you’ve been successful in this type of environment;
