We’re currently looking for a motivated Manager, ESG Reporting who will play an integral role supporting Cimpress report and communicate about our sustainability efforts and intentions to key collaborators both internal and external to Cimpress and its businesses. As Manager, ESG Reporting, you will help drive business value and enhance Cimpress’ reputation by ensuring that Cimpress’ sustainability performance is transparently and accurately communicated to the most relevant ESG frameworks, as well as through more informal means.

What You Will Do:
- Support the identification and development of ESG critical metrics that will be supervised; and proactively establish relationships with key internal business partners to support measuring and reporting on these metrics;
- Responsible for annual reporting aligned with sustainability frameworks such as the European Union’s CSRD, SASB, GRI, TCFD, and the proposed U.S. SEC climate regulation, and supervise the development of other disclosures that may be relevant for Cimpress;
- Support survey responses to priority ESG rating indexes such as CSA and MSCI, amongst others.
- Address ESG information requests from investors as required;
- Build critical communications and data representations (data visualization, dashboards, etc.) for key internal and external partners; translate sophisticated messages and recommendations into concise and engaging communications and reports;
- Develop, implement, and maintain measures to improve the reporting and information gathering process;
- Work with functional and business leaders to identify and implement opportunities to further engage partners in sustainability efforts, such as internal newsletters and communication platforms;
- Build and maintain a central repository for sustainability content, research, policies, positions, and action plans;
- Lead research to routinely benchmark Cimpress relative to our industry competitors on sustainability performance;
- Support ongoing collaborator engagement and materiality assessments;
- Work with Communications and Investor Relations to develop an ESG communication strategy that supports the development and amplification of our brands and ESG story.
Your Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in sustainability reporting and disclosure experience at a publicly listed company; additional 3-5 years of experience working with the technical aspects of environmental sustainability and compliance are strongly preferred
- An undergraduate degree in business administration, sustainability, environmental sciences, communications, or other relevant programs
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and assurance frameworks (e.g., CSRD, SASB, TCFD, CDP, IIRC, SDGs, GRI, MCSI, CDP, EU Non-Financial Disclosure directive, etc.)
- Knowledge of ESG investing trends, and regulatory developments
- Experience in assessing climate change-related risks and opportunities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact across all levels of the organization with impact and influence
- Strong project management and solutions-orientation required
- Sustainability professional designation considered a plus
- Extraordinary teammate who is adaptable to a changing environment
- Ability to work independently across global, virtual, asynchronous, and cross-functional teams.
