Our Team

As a Lead Software Engineer in the Product Catalog Domain, you will join a motivated team focused on building the next generation platform to deliver on Cimpress’ number one strategic priority. The squad you will join owns the core product modeling technology powering the Mass Customization Platform – including an array of microservices deployed on AWS, a set of proprietary data modeling algorithms, and a handful of debugging & visualization UI tools.

We are looking for engineers who are eager to work on complex problems and build scalable services. If you aren’t familiar with some of this, don’t worry - there will be plenty of learning opportunities available.

What You Will Do:

  • Make hands-on contributions to design, build, and maintain services and customer experiences that support and grow the Mass Customization Platform.
  • Guide the growth and development of a team of engineers through mentorship and performance management
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, UX, and data analysts to overcome complex challenges with innovative technical solutions
  • Write Javascript/Typescript APIs that are deployed on AWS using Kubernetes
  • Build intuitive UIs with which clients will configure their fulfillment networking data
  • Design RESTful APIs to help power eCommerce businesses across the world
  • Continually deploy new code on a pipeline powered by GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
  • Architect solutions alongside a highly collaborative team of engineers

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Javascript, Typescript, and/or React
  • Code Deployment experience on CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab
  • Experience in agile environments

  • Diverse technical background with a focus on full-stack technologies
  • Works well in a highly collaborative environment
