You will be part of the “Procurement Services” team, contributing to generate competitive advantages for our businesses around the world.

Your main focus will be to support the Cimpress businesses on the strategic procurement of their outsourced manufacturers (also called here fulfillers), and you might be involved in other indirect opportunities and projects. Your mission will be to make the “Contract Manufacturing” category a strategic asset and competitive advantage for Cimpress as a group.

What You Will Do

Build a strong group procurement strategy:

  • Extend the network of fulfillers, identifying new partners in the area
  • Engage all businesses for a broad adoption and joint approach, and adapt the strategy as business needs evolve
  • Drive the growth of the category scope and influence through strong collaboration models with the businesses

Deliver the performance of the Contract Manufacturing Category:

  • Understand the category objectives (financial and non financial) and our Value Proposition to the business
  • Create the approach and plans to achieve the targets, with exceptional implementation of all projects included
  • Exceptional project implementation and delivery

Deliver the Procurement Value Proposition, consisting of:

  • Cost leadership
  • Sources of New Revenue
  • Sustainability and CSR
  • Business Continuity

Contribute to Supplier Management:

  • Develop the necessary supplier governance and supplier relationship management to ensure mutual understanding of business needs and access to all suppliers’ resources, capabilities and innovations

Manage the Business relationships and expectations:

  • Develop the relationship and establish the governance with the different businesses and key stakeholders
  • Trusted “point of Contact” at Cimpress businesses for commercial and executive interaction

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years regional procurement experience and 5 years experience in Contract Manufacturing categories
  • Experience in a large international corporate environment with multiple BU’s, operating in multiple currencies and a decentralized management structure
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial or technical study

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the printing industry
  • Analytical skills, good knowledge of business analysis and costing – TCO models
  • Good knowledge of legal documents, able to read and interpret contracts, and involve the legal support only when necessary
  • Other languages, like German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or French
