The Controllership team is a key part of the broader Vista Finance organization and is responsible for the global accounting operations, the accuracy of periodic financial results, financial policy, compliance, and control for all of Vista. This position forms part of the Accounts payable function within the Controllership whose focus is to provide procure-to-pay and related services to the global regional teams.


We are looking for a driven and dynamic team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take a key role to help the team to drive excellence in the service provided.


What You Will Do:

  • Receive, evaluate and distribute invoices for processing
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of invoice details and compliance with tax laws of various jurisdictions (e.g. VAT, GST etc.)
  • Process invoices in integrated ERP system following internal policies and procedures
  • Prepare and monitor weekly payment runs as well as ad-hoc manual payments
  • Maintain an online filing system for all Accounts Payable related documents
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure any discrepancies are resolved and invoices are paid within the agreed payment terms
  • Ensure internal policies, controls and processes are upheld and identify and drive opportunities for improvement
  • Provide guidance and knowledge to more junior team members in technical aspects and planning of their day-to-day responsibilities
  • Perform month-end close and account reconciliation activities
  • Prepare Accounts Payable information for internal use and external auditors as requested
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or reporting as required

  • Graduate in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in end-to-end process of Vendor invoice processing (Purchase Order Based Invoices and Non-Purchase Order Based Invoices)
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • Ability to work under pressure and plan / prioritize workload
  • Strong team player, who helps others succeed in addition to achieving their own success.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and improvement driven
  • Intermediate/high level of English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of SAP or other major ERP as well as other related systems such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline is highly desirable
  • Ability to work shift hours / working hours adapted to other time zones
