About The Role

It's an exciting time to join the Vista ANZS Product team that continues to grow to support large investments in the development of our Product offering. This team is the engine to extend the assortment in different product categories by delivering exciting new products and delivery services, to improve quality of the existing portfolio, to drive a market leading value proposition and to continue building fulfilment competitive advantage by optimising the cost structure.

 

We are looking for a Product Specialist who is passionate about customers and products and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the Product team in delivering the key growth pillar of New Product Introduction (NPI) to the portfolio for priority categories, with a focus on consumer (e.g canvas prints, mugs & seasonal products etc). This role will manage new products and to ensure they meet or exceed the expectations of the Vista customer when they are launched. We are looking for an effective communicator with strong project management skills, good analytical capabilities and the ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the product team on top priority launches across a variety of categories
  • Connect with local and global teams across our website, creative and manufacturing areas to bring together the requirements for product launches
  • Reviewing data and insights with product managers to establish trends and optimising performance

 

You’ll be measured on how well you:

  • Drive growth – you will work on areas including site, channel, offers, pricing and positioning to achieve our growth goals
  • Learn & implement – we’re looking to take our product category to the next level. Fact based learning & experimentation is a must for the role
  • Create engagement – focus on how we increase our engagement with our customers leveraging our product and manufacturing expertise
  • Deliver results – ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines

 

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years’  experience in a product, marketing or category role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Good consultation and negotiation skills
