Your New Role

The Marketing Manager, Go to Market (GTM) owns the promotional strategic planning and execution in the ANZS countries. They are responsible for translating business inputs into messaging and discounting strategies exploring different promo vehicles to directly contribute to business customer and financial targets, and long-term goals.

They are customer obsessed, understand customer needs, and use cases to create solution focused campaigns that drive lifetime value and customer loyalty. They have sound knowledge of Product portfolio strategy and work closely with Pricing to ensure the financial outcome of marketing activity is positive.

They lead the end-to-end execution process, ensuring deadlines are hit in time. They review campaign performance, provide recommendations, and develop learning agendas to promote continuous improvement of promotional activity.


What You Will Do

  • Leverage inputs from Marketing, Product and Pricing teams to deliver 12-month promotional plan and quarterly customer calendars outlining go-to-market activity.
  • Create quarterly concept maps covering campaign messaging, use cases, products, offers/discounts, and channel mix. Balance strategic messaging and promotional guardrails to build marketing campaigns and offers that align to strategic and business performance goals.
  • Lead the briefing and execution processes to bring integrated marketing campaign creative to life in time through working directly with our creative, web and channel partners.
  • Partner with Global Teams to provide local input into development of global campaign messaging and creative assets. Cooperate on the implementation and improvement of promotional data models, global processes, and learnings exchange.
  • Partner with Product teams to create new and innovative ways of engaging our audiences and delivering continuously improved results.
  • Work closely with the Pricing Team to continuously develop, review and optimize customer centric offers to drive growth.
  • Ongoing measurement and performance monitoring to maintain a consistent pulse on how our go-to-market efforts are impacting business performance, leveraging data to drive decision making and activity optimisation.
  • Evolve how we go-to-market from a use case and product category perspective, constantly seeking out new opportunities and innovating, recommending localisation of creative as necessary to ensure it is as strong as possible across all markets.
  • Contribute to the development of the yearly Marketing strategy and own yearly GTM strategy


What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or other related fields.
  • Experience building integrated go-to-market plans from initial strategy through execution and analysis stages.
  • Proven knowledge of a wide range of marketing channels and experience working on creative.
  • Self-starter and a bias towards action with ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience (2+ years)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
