Your New Role

The Ambassador and PR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior PR and Social Media Specialist in building the Vista & VistaPrint brand presence in the Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (ANZS) media landscape. 


What You Will Do

Ambassador Program

  • Execute the Ambassador Program, Vista Collective aligned to the strategy and plan
  • Research and assist with the development of monthly challenges for our Vista Collective program
  • Support the recruitment, management, and activation of the ambassador roster
  • Build strong relationships with ambassadors
  • Monitor and capture live ambassador posts and stories  

Influencer Program

  • Key liaison to Influencer audience
  • Execution of key influencer plans
  • Monitor and capture live influencer posts and stories  
  • Monitor, analyse and review influencer activity and affiliate programs and identify opportunities for future partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with influencers 
  • Support the recruitment, management and activation of the influencer and ambassador roster

PR & Other

  • Work closely with local and global stakeholders 
  • Supporting with brand building events, partnerships, activations, community management & social, PR as required.

Admin & reporting

  • Process vendor invoices and update all reporting documents 
  • Liaise directly with the key internal stakeholders to include influencer and ambassador posts on relevant channels
  • Manage and produce monthly reports analysing the success of our Ambassador & Influencer
  • Produce post event reporting for identified events as required

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in influencer marketing 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Social Media/Advertising, Journalism, PR or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to work autonomously, as a part of a team, and work effectively with different levels of the organisation 
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to multitask
  • Proficient in using influencer platforms such as Social Ladder   

Nice to have

  • Experience using Sprinkler – social platform reporting tool
  • Experience using Social Media management platforms
  • Prior experience working in other forms of digital and/or influencer marketing is highly regarded
