We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and analytical Sr. Specialist – Sales Operations who will help drive insight around performance of the global sales organizations. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to identify trends and drivers of performance, develop, and monitor a full suite of behavioral metrics, and manage variable commission plans and metrics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to continue to develop their career in Sales Operations.

 

Your day to day will involve:

  • Understanding the sales approach, contribute to the subject matter expertise of the team to be the “go-to” team for sales structure and operational support, tooling, etc.
  • Identify trends across teams; provide cadenced deep dive analysis of KPIs
  • Execute monthly and quarterly variable commission auditing, processing, and communication
  • Identify trends in pay and performance data to provide insight and perspective on proposed business strategies that promote growth
  • Identify gaps in commission structure that drive unwanted behavior or negative return on investment; work with key stakeholders to propose new metrics or incentives to improve existing commission structures
  • Contribute to pay and performance plan change communication to all levels within the organization
  • Understand system and reporting updates and flows that may directly affect pay and performance data and outputs
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests, as needed

 

In return you will bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales planning or sales operations role
  • Experience with variable commission plans is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in data mining and reporting systems/platforms (SQL, Tableau, Looker, SSRS)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to provide recommendations and deliver presentations to all levels, including senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required, Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience is preferred
