What You Will Do:

At Vista, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the Senior Manager of Finance for our Northern Europe markets (UK, Ireland, and the Nordics), you will be the finance partner for the General Manager of Northern Europe and be a member of their leadership team. You will be directly involved in the strategic decisions made by the General Manager and will drive financial insights and accountability for the business. This is a key role within Vista that will help shape the future of the business and the overall finance organization. This remote-first position will be based in the UK or Spain and report to the European Director of Finance.


  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on the assessment and measurement of business and strategic investment performance within their organization
  • Proactively evaluate the results of operations, monitor trends, review consumer/product profitability, risks, opportunities and recommend actions
  • Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis, for key decisions such as price changes, new product introduction, and capital investments
  • Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership
  • Lead the budget, forecast, and financial reporting for the Northern Europe organization
  • Present and communicate to all levels of the organization

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting), and 5+ years of relevant experience in a Finance partner position
  • Demonstrated skills in performing sophisticated financial modeling
  • Experience working with strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, or similar transactions
  • Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
