Senior HR Site Manager

Our Team:

We are looking for a Senior HR Site Manager to lead the HR function for Vista’s Jamaican entity with approximately 300+ team members across a variety of functions and locations. This entails the delivery of HR expertise across all facets of HR: Business Partnership, Employee Relations and Employment Law, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Leadership Development.

The Senior HR Site Manager will be a key member of the local leadership team, with the responsibility of developing and implementing data-driven HR strategies to ensure the achievement of global functional and local business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Provide guidance to managers of all levels (from Team Lead roles to Executives) along a broad range of HR matters such as performance management, disciplinary measures and leadership.
• Lead, develop and grow a local team of current HR professionals with a diverse set of backgrounds and areas of expertise.
• Establish the company as the employer of choice and create working conditions that enable extraordinary customer service, including a sustainable compensation & benefits landscape and with an inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Facilitate an ongoing dialogue with all Jamaica-based employees, monitor engagement levels and derive measures to increase employee engagement continuously.
• Work as part of the Global CARE Leadership Team to maintain and develop a high-performance culture, driving a high level of engagement throughout the organization and ensuring core values are embedded.

• 10+ years of experience across HR functions to the table: HR Business Partnerships, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development.
• Profound knowledge of Jamaican employment law.
• Experienced leader who brings servant leadership to life and understands that your success is measured in your team members’ growth.
• Experience working in international organizations and possess the mindset it takes to collaborate across locations and cultures successfully.
• Being able to thrive in fast-paced environments, be energized by change, and have a structured working style that allows you to juggle multiple priorities successfully.
• Exceptional communication skills complete your profile.
