Inside Sales Manager- US Remote

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who is passionate about developing a team, driving business results, and delivering jaw dropping experience for VCS’ top Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic customers. Serving as an industry expert, you will use a strategic approach in leading our acquisition team to success while participating in new and ongoing cross-functional initiatives.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead a growing team to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensure we are providing jaw dropping experience by promptly responding to all assigned leads, solving problems, and supporting the goals of new partners
  • Work collaboratively with peers and leadership to support long-time partner retention
  • Coach and assist sales representatives in areas of sales technique, industry knowledge, new product launches and more
  • Develop and support Account Executive Team Leads and through them, their direct reports
  • Participate in partner calls as needed
  • Own Account Executive Team reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis


Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years leading sales teams to success
  • 7 or more years of consultative selling
  • 3 or more years in digital and print media sales or marketing agency sales
  • Strong communication skills and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to navigate cross-team collaboration
