EU Benefits & Wellness Advisor - Europe Remote (Spanish speaker)

In this role you will be responsible for the administration of the statutory and supplemental benefits offerings in Spain, Czech Republic, Ireland, United Kingdom and discretionary wellbeing programming for those same countries plus Netherlands, France and Germany for the European remote-first workforce.

 

As the Benefits subject matter expert, you will have the chance to assess existing offerings, and recommend improvements to our current plans as well as advocate and drive awareness and utilization of our wellbeing programs across European locations.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Manage vendor relation and billing, coordinate annual renewals and negotiations
  • Manage 3rd party benefits broker, including pension schemes or savings plans
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on benefits budgeting for each fiscal year
  • Administration of benefits and wellbeing programs, including enrollment and eligibility. Responsible for documentation of processes and policies, including annual review.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to develop and execute the communications plans related to new programs/plans or enhancements/changes to existing programs/plans and update content in internal portals.
  • Responsible for resolving Tier 2 team member questions that are escalated from HR Operations.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders such as HR Operations, HR Business Partners, EU Employee Relations, EU payroll, Remote-First Onboarding, HRIS, Controllership, DEI.
  • Measure and report effectiveness of benefits and wellbeing programs and increase awareness and utilization of plan offerings.
  • Adherence to local compliance

  • Ideally you would bring a strong pan-European Benefits administration background, with 4-6 years of experience in the field. No worries if your experience does not cover all countries in scope, what matters is your willingness to self-develop, learn, and adapt to our environment!
  • Fast-learner with an international mindset and approach; resolutive and with a passion to drive improvements while working in a cross-functional setup
  • High-level of professional English, and fluent in Spanish

  • You have a passion for people, for their experience as part of our community, and like to solve problems while working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Any other EU language welcomed
