About The Role

A rare and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced people leader to join our Vista ANZS team and lead the Quality department at our Manufacturing site based in Derrimut (west of Melbourne).
**All applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment medical.
What you will be doing:
- Leading a team of Quality Engineers, Technicians and Quality Control Operators
- Provide analysis and recommendations using data reports to drive product improvements and quality benchmarks
- Managing material quality processes
- Interacting with product development and marketing teams to define quality requirements
- Providing in-depth communication with Customer Service Management Team (CARE team) to clarify customer feedback and concerns, driving specific actions in the manufacturing facility
- Creating and implementing standard procedures and systematic approaches for Quality management across the facility
- Coordinating actions and procedures with other Vista manufacturing facilities
What you will bring:
- Bachelor in Engineering or technical degree in a related field
- Minimum 7 years experience as a People Leader
- Minimum 5 years working in Quality field
- CQE Certification preferred
- Black Belt Certification
- Project Management experience, knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, DOE, Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing, ergonomic manual assembly workstation design, process flow, material handling, assembly fixture design
