What You Will Do:

  • In this impactful role, you own the HR function for Vista’s German entity with currently approximately 250+ team members across a variety of functions and locations.
  • This entails the delivery of HR expertise across all facets of HR: Business Partnership, Employee Relations and Employment Law, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and Leadership Development.
  • As a key member of the local leadership team you develop and execute data-driven HR strategies to ensure the achievement of global functional and local business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to managers of all levels (from Team Lead roles to Executives) along a broad range of HR matters such as performance management, disciplinary measures and leadership.
  • Lead, develop and grow a local team of currently 6 HR Professionals with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
  • You establish the company as employer of choice and create working conditions that enable extraordinary customer service, including the creation of a competitive and sustainable compensation & benefits landscape.
  • As part of our continuous listening strategy, you facilitate an ongoing dialogue with all Germany-based employees, monitor engagement levels and derive measures to continuously increase employee engagement.
  • Support and drive a variety of global strategic HR initiatives around Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Philosophy and Future of Work.
  • The distribution of local vs. global responsibilities is about 70% vs. 30%.

  • As a seasoned HR Professional, you bring several years of experience across all HR functions to the table: HR Business Partnership, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, Learning & Development.
  • A profound knowledge of German employment law.
  • An experienced leader who brings servant leadership to life and understand that your success is measured in your team members’ growth.
  • Experience in working in international organizations and possess the mindset it takes to successfully collaborate across locations and cultures.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, are energized by change and have a structured working style that allows you to successfully juggle multiple priorities.
  • You enjoy both adopting a strategic, big-picture-view as well as demonstrating execution excellence in details.
  • You’re excited about and stay abreast of the latest developments and scientific insights in terms of modern HR and the future of work.
  • An academic degree in business administration, psychology or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both in English and in German – complete your profile.
