A key area of opportunity is specifically within the Promotional Products, Apparel and Gifts (PPAG) physical product category which is the team that this role sits within. This is a very exciting time to join the PPAG team with a lot of investments made to significantly expand our product range and improve the overall value proposition. We are looking for a customer-centric product manager who is hard-working to lead our Drinkware and Technology product categories globally across the North America, Europe and Australasia regions. You are an effective leader and communicator with strong analytical capabilities, who can multi-task, prioritize and handle projects with a macro perspective.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Act as business owner, driving forward product strategy and specific projects to achieve key business results, whilst understanding and acting on all the variables that impact your products.
  • Define and complete the product roadmap, including new product introductions, cost optimizations as well as quality and service improvements.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycles and translate it into detailed guidelines or Marketing, Pricing. Go-To-Market, Merchandising and Manufacturing.
  • Play a core strategic position within the PPAG category team by developing new strategy frameworks and processes for product development and product lifecycle management across the two categories.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the industry, the business trends, and continually supervise competitors and industry developments.
  • Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of site features and value proposition elements ensuring a jaw-dropping customer experience.
  • Conduct financial analysis and build business plans for new opportunities and develop and implement project plans from conceptualisation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, develop, launch and grow your products in alignment with the portfolio strategy and target customers.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, category management or product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • Data driven with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Customer passionate about collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools such as Looker a plus.
  • Shown experience in developing business strategies and leading them from conceptualisation to completion.
