Production Designer

OUR TEAM
Vista’s Corporate Solutions team aims to help businesses portray a consistent brand image via design and brand-management capabilities. As a member of the VCS Team, the Production Designer will be responsible for the implementation aspects of on-boarding partners, building, maintaining and refreshing their portals. Successful candidates will solicit information and artwork from partners, work with them to rollout/refresh their solutions through a co-branded portal and provide ongoing revision support. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Learning and mastering VCS Tools (Salesforce, Proshop, VCS Studio
• Template creation and revision
• Proshop portal management
• Help partners make advanced customizations to their designs and brands
• Design recreation, resizing and prepress management
• Tiles and marquees creation to improve customer experience and Proshop performance
• Cross-functional and global collaboration to deliver precise outcome of VCS partners’ design requests
• Assist VCS reps on video-conference calls with patners to optimize design flow
• Share learning and insight to help improve and grow the program

• Strong knowledge on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Mastery of English is mandatory
• Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design as well as vector graphics is strongly recommeneded
• Aptitude for thinking “out-of-the-box
• Display a willingness to learn through openness to feedback and development
• Having a keen eye for attention to details and reporting potential issues that may impact a customer experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strengths working with cross-functional teams and with internal and external clients
• Structured execution when working in a fast-paced environment under tight timeframe
• Ability to work during different shifts
