Machine Operator

• Work on the machine – assembling promotional items and applying prints.  

• Three-shift operation, during peak season temporarily switching to 24/7 operation.  

• Operating and setting up production machines according to technical specifications.  

• Continuous monitoring of production quality and performing control measurements.  

• Cooperation with the technical team to solve technical issues.  

• Following safety standards and work procedures.  

• Recording production documentation and process logs when needed.  

• Ad hoc tasks from the supervisor based on current needs to ensure smooth production flow. 

Required skills and knowledge: 

• Manual skills.  

• Attention to detail, responsibility, flexibility.  

• Ability to work in a team.  

• At least basic education, experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.  

• Basic computer skills.
