The Employee Technology Focus Area is made up of teams within Cimpress and Vistaprint that provide core IT support and services to all our team members, this includes Networking and Employee Technology Tools and IT Support. The understanding and usage of our tools has a direct impact on the ability to work productively and effectively collaborate. Our goal is to provide an excellent Employee Tech experience that allows team members to use our tools with strong understanding and ease, beginning with their first day through their entire time at Cimpress and Vistaprint.


What You Will Do:

As an Associate Product Manager for the Employee Technology Focus Area you work with four fast-paced teams across Vistaprint and Cimpress to help execute and deliver our goals.

  • Develop and create an engaging and proactive communication model that allows our team members to learn and use our tools to their maximum potential
  • Facilitate change management of tools and processes, including communication, user acceptance testing, post release support
  • Help design a best-in-class Tech onboarding experience and improve it continuously
  • Lead initiatives and help manage cross-functional projects
  • Help coordinate the work of supplemental resources, such as consultants, paid support, external project teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics around vendor engagement (demos, rollout, feedback collection)
  • Identify and predict user needs and requests and establish solutions documented through a transparent Employee Tech roadmap
  • Build relationships with partners across Cimpress and Vistaprint businesses to understand their challenges and needs in the Employee Technology space.
  • Build relationships with our vendors to stay current on impactful changes and help drive changes to address our organizational needs.
  • Help create and track key metrics, quarterly objectives and a roadmap that balances near-term needs with progress on your long-term vision.
  • Work with the Product Manager to identify product and process opportunities and help drive them to fruition

  • Experience building trust and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve a common objective
  • Ability to effectively prioritize competing business and customer needs
  • Proven record of working autonomously and taking ownership for actions and results in a fast-paced organization

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in business, social sciences, or technical field
  • Strong technology background and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of work experience in the product domain of a technology company
