What You Will Do


  • Serve as a Technical Support Engineer, acting as first-line support during issues and helping prevent future problems.
    Configure customer accounts and work with monitoring tools to detect issues early.
    Troubleshoot technical issues by collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
    Document common issues, best practices, and solutions to improve internal knowledge bases.
    Participate in on-call rotations to support urgent operational needs.
    Escalate complex or high-impact problems to the appropriate teams with clear, detailed information.

  • Flexibility to work shifts that align with the team’s operational needs.
    Experience with any logging/monitoring tool
    At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a support-focused position.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    A passion for solving problems, embracing challenges, and developing creative solutions.
    Patience, composure, and professionalism when working under pressure with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    A growth mindset with the motivation to learn, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement.

 

Nice to Have


  • A BS in Computer Science/CIS/MIS/Engineering or equivalent certification or work experience.
    An understanding of process automation.
    Experience working with problem and incident management tools such as Jira, Pagerduty and New Relic.
    Experience working with tools such as GIT and Postman.
    Business analysis experiences.
