The Product Operations team will be established to support a marketplace of products defined according to Cimpress Product Standards. These standards are created and maintained by Cimpress Technology on behalf of businesses participating in the Cimpress Mass Customization Platform.

The team will be an extension of Cimpress product management resources located within Cimpress Technology as well as the individual Cimpress businesses. As such, there are two functions that a successful team member will master. Those will be the roles of:

Standards Curator - Responsible for creating and updating Product Standards within Cimpress Technology

Product Technical: Understanding of product design, and the ability to oversee the product development process and manage cross-functional teams.

To be an effective Standards Curator/Product Mgmt Support team member, one will need to be knowledgeable about individual businesses' mass customized product offerings as well as the Product Standards to which such offerings should adhere.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek to acquire an intimate knowledge of Cimpress Standards and the products that they are designed to represent, as well as a deep a knowledge of the product offerings of one or more of the Cimpress Businesses
  • Effectively communicate with Product Managers/ Stakeholders within the Cimpress business community to drive alignment in terms of proper standards implementation for their new and existing products.
  • Represent one or more businesses' requests for updates and improvements to standards, ultimately pushing those requests through, a to-be designed, approval processes
  • Manage CT Standards through continued creation, curation, update and improvement
  • Seek to find ways to improve and continuously streamline processes, allowing CT to bring value to our customers faster
  • Identify and remediate blockers/impediments using problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Work on Migrating the business to the current and closely understand the end to end of the Product infrastructure
  • Train the business on the MCP / PCD Tooling

  • Ensure the business understand of MCP Tooling and Identify their needs and Objectives.
  • Work cross domain to ensure the right usage of the tooling across all the architecture
  • Help document and run retrospectives in Incidents related to reliability and Tooling
  • Image Clipping via PS

  • Image Retouching via PS
  • Shapes recreation via AI
  • Dimension and Interval calculations via AI
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 Years of Business Experience
  • Fluent German Speaker

  • Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Ai) and Adobe Photoshop (Ps) is an additional asset.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Mass Customization a Plus
  • Understands and communicates in English
