Product Manager, Artwork Technology team

Our Team

The Artwork Technology team offers technology to enable automated and manual processing of artwork assets, documents, and data. The Artwork Technology product is comprised of five primary sub-products which include Template Management, Artwork Generation, Prepress, Asset Management, and Visualization. All Cimpress businesses rely on the Artwork Technology product, with solutions built through significant software integration efforts and business consulting.

What You Will Do

You will work primarily within the Asset Management product. You will be responsible for the day-to-day prioritization of feature development within multiple back-end APIs while also collaborating with the Principal Product Manager on a long-term vision and product roadmap.

• Define, own, and complete a product roadmap.
• Develop a long-term product vision based on your customer’s needs, your experienced knowledge of the industry, and input from the engineering team, in alignment with overall company vision and strategy.
• Translate business needs into a roadmap and a product backlog with well-defined product requirements for the engineering team.
• Partner with collaborators across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, backlog, and roadmap.
• Maintain a fundamental understanding of the product, its technical complexities, and its infrastructure.
• Research and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Closely collaborate with technical writers to build outstanding user documentation.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Account Manager).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus, but not required.
• Academic training in a relevant field.
• A strong desire for self-improvement, and a strive to control your own learning. In other words: research which training you need and who can mentor you, and we will provide the funding and time.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with software engineering teams is a big plus.
• Experience at a SaaS company is phenomenal.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certificate is a plus.
