What you will do:

As an Operation Support Engineer, you'll support Designers across the globe. understand the business domain and tools created by our engineers

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, design teams, and product owners in the US, EU, TN, or any of our global locations.
  • Provide designers with technical or design solutions.
  • Actively participate in updating processes and enriching the knowledge base.
  • Ensure communication with different teams.
  • Determine configuration and operational requirements for the development team
  • Participate in and determine the root cause for service failure and support escalation.
  • Ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion.

  • Excellent written English and oral communications skills a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Independent, self-motivated work and learning style, focused on staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and testing skills.
  • Be a proactive "go-getter" with a willingness to anticipate what is needed without constant instruction
  • Detail-oriented focused on both the macro and micro outcomes of a project and daily work.
  • Team player who shares ideas and resources.



Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in Databases SQL, MongoDB
  • Knowledge in Programming or/and Scripting Languages
  • Ability to recognize where processes can be improved, and to take initiative to propose and implement improvements.
