Our Team
Fulfillment Domain (in Cimpress Technology) enables fulfillers to manage production and delivery to end-customers of the widest variety of near-zero defect, mass-customized products. We deliver these objectives through highly custom manufacturing systems that dovetail with in-house developed logistics and shipping systems to provide value across the entire fulfillment spectrum to our businesses and their end customers.
Comet Simulation, a greenfield and flagship capability within this domain, is on a mission to revolutionize decision-making in production environments. Our vision is to build a simulation platform that empowers users to navigate complex production scenarios with ease, unlocking insights and operational excellence through digital twins and scenario modeling. Comet Simulation offers users a digital sandbox to model manufacturing processes, test variables, and optimize workflows in real-time.
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Comet Simulation product in the Fulfillment domain. In this highly impactful role, you will shape and drive the product strategy for our simulation platform, building a digital twin of our manufacturing/production products, that allows users to replicate, analyze, and optimize real-world manufacturing systems. You'll partner closely with other product leads, engineering, data, design, and operations teams to build a product that combines cutting-edge simulation with real-time operational visibility—delivering a step change in productivity, adaptability, and competitive advantage.
What You Will Do
- Own the product vision and strategy for Comet Simulation.
- Design, build, and iterate on simulation capabilities that accurately model real-world production processes and resource flows.
- Drive the development of a digital twin of our Fulfillment platform to enable predictive and prescriptive analytics across fulfillment operations.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, user stories, and feature sets, grounded in customer problems and strategic goals.
- Partner with other product leads, engineering and data, to deliver performant simulation models that support dynamic scenario testing and forecasting.
- Champion usability and observability, ensuring that users can intuitively interact with the simulation and interpret results confidently.
- Evaluate smart partnership opportunities with leading providers of simulation and digital twin products.
- Develop a feedback loop and telemetry strategy to monitor how the simulation is used and measure its impact on throughput, resource utilization, and decision quality.
- Serve as a thought leader in the digital simulation space, keeping abreast of trends in Industry 4.0, digital twins, and smart manufacturing.
