About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to work with our Access Platform team as part of the Cimpress India (Technology Centre). Our team provides the core infrastructure for the platform, that entails Identity & Access Management (IAM) to all Cimpress businesses (customers) in the Design, Upload and Print customization industry. From secure identity management and authentication services to comprehensive tenancy and authorization solutions, Access gets businesses onboarded, allows users in, guards against unwanted players, and enables our customers in utilizing the capabilities of the platform.
As the Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a wide range of components around the Access space, which powers tenancy, authentication and authorization of all Cimpress businesses. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to ensure product investments deliver maximum value. You'll be a close partner with leadership in developing strategy and refining the direction for Access domain You'll also be a member of the domain leadership team, empowering you to influence outcomes beyond the scope of Access domain.
- Promotes customer obsession and product mindset within both the Access product and technical teams.
- Forges relationships with a variety of stakeholders (engineers to finance partners to CTOs) in all Cimpress Businesses and can elicit why behind requests.
- Proactively monitors and leverages qualitative and quantitative data (internal or external sources) to guide product decisions.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Makes effective tradeoffs between building in-house software solutions versus purchasing Enterprise SaaS and has experience managing both at an enterprise level.
- Builds and manages relationships with third-party software vendors, ensuring we select the best solutions for Cimpress and are getting full value out of these relationships.
- Actively understands, participates, and even guides tradeoff discussions with engineering teams, injecting the voice of the customer and a North Star product vision into those discussions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement materials to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in product management, with a total of 10+ years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of SaaS products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, and leadership communication.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and a keen eye for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Industry-specific knowledge in Access/IAM is highly desirable.
- Solid B2B experience is highly desirable.
