Security Product Manager - Spain Remote

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic security team. As a Security Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering our product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of our security services across the business. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of product development processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate and lead initiatives from start to finish!
 

What You Will Do:

• Promotes customer obsession and product mindset within the Security Engineering Team
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Cimpress to define security product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligning with the Cimpress Security & Privacy goals, ensuring alignment with Cimpress business goals.
• Translate business needs, high-level concepts, and ideas into user stories to develop a roadmap with well-defined requirements for the engineering team.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are developed based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, insights, and requirements to iterate and improve the product.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.
• A track record of successfully delivering products to and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and a keen curiosity about staying current with industry trends.
