Mobility Specialist
The Mobility Specialist supports the company's global mobility function, focusing on immigration case coordination, compliance tracking, and team member support. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop expertise in global mobility and immigration. The specialist will collaborate with managers, team members, HR partners, and external immigration providers to ensure seamless processes and accurate documentation, while also assisting with administrative tasks to maintain program effectiveness.

Track, monitor, and update immigration cases and records to ensure compliance and timely case launches.

Review, process, and reconcile invoices related to mobility services.

Initiate visa renewal cases, liaising with managers and team members, and coordinating with immigration partners to provide necessary documentation and information.

Conduct consultations with team members to guide them through immigration processes and requirements.

Respond to day-to-day inquiries received through the mobility inbox, providing timely and accurate support.

Draft and issue letters for subsidiary and former team members as needed.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on visa requirements for international business travel.

Conduct monthly reviews of immigration case lists and share reports with HRBPs.

Maintain and update mobility documentation, including policies, visa processes, and compliance guidelines.

Draft and issue transfer agreements in line with company standards.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide mobility-related assessments and input during the hiring process.

Actively support program improvement and automation initiatives by gathering requirements, assisting with testing, creating documentation, and ensuring accurate data input.
Requirements:

1–2 years of professional work experience, ideally in HR, administration, or a related field.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional English comprehension and communication skills.

Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice to have:

Intermediate Spanish skills (reading/writing), or you are actively in the process of learning.

Previous exposure to the field of global mobility or immigration.
