Our Team:

We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.

The wider Cimpress organization comprises more than a dozen brands, collectively serving tens of millions of customers each year. Each brand offers tailored value propositions to meet the specific needs of its market. With a decentralized structure and autonomy, Cimpress empowers these brands to stay close to their customers. Cimpress Open will build on this foundation, benefiting from and advancing it through a focus on collaboration and driving positive change.
We are poised for significant growth, partnering with like-minded organizations that share our ambition to empower people worldwide to make an impression through personalized, meaningful physical products.

Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and effective communication across teams and partners, following Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) principles to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Own and Deliver the Roadmap: Create. Manage, and deliver the product roadmap based on the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the wider team. Ensure the roadmap is realistic, achievable, and aligned with business goals to drive platform growth and success.
  • Lead Partner Integrations: Lead integration efforts with key partners, ensuring our platform meets their requirements and constraints. Establish strong relationships to facilitate smooth and effective integrations.
  • Identify and Prioritize Features: Identify and prioritize features that enhance partner integration and streamline order fulfillment. Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals for sustainable platform evolution.
  • Ensure Seamless Processes: Oversee seamless integration and fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency and partner satisfaction. Continuously improve workflows to enhance the overall partner experience.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize partner integration strategies.
  • Learn and grow with us: Work closely with the wider team to learn and grow as a key part of driving the business forward. We don’t believe in applying solutions purely because they worked elsewhere, but want to raise the bar, to learn and grow for every step we take.

  • Proven track record in partner integration and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
