Our Team:

Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.

What You Will Do:

This role is critical to maximizing the visibility and sales of our custom print products across various marketplaces. As a Senior eCommerce Marketplace Specialist you will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with other team members to enhance our product offerings and drive growth.
 

Product Listing:

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate, engaging, and in line with brand standards.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
     

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform merchandising strategies and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive pricing strategy to ensure products are competitively positioned.
     

Promotional Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute promotional advertising campaigns, including discounts, deals, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional content and advertisements.
  • Track and analyze the performance of promotional activities to optimize future campaigns.
     

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure that customer reviews and ratings are monitored and addressed to maintain a positive brand reputation.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and marketplace presence.
     

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce with a focus on marketplaces namely Amazon. Familiarity with additional eCommerce platforms such as Etsy, eBay, and Shopify would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of optimizing product listings and driving sales growth on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Expertise in executing CPC based advertising campaigns would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Design skills are a plus.
