This is your opportunity to join Cimpress, the world leader in mass customization, as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Corporate FP&A team. In this high-visibility role supporting the Cimpress Technology organization, we are looking for a curious, driven professional who wants to understand the technology behind the numbers. You will partner directly with technology leadership to drive transparency in a complex, transforming environment. You will be instrumental in delivering insightful financial reporting, managing the full cost lifecycle, and playing a critical role in budgeting and forecasting for Cimpress Technology.

What You Will Do

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Technology leadership to provide strategic thought partnership and deliver data-driven insights.

  • Act as a proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can independently identify issues and drive towards developing solutions.

  • Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and deliver insightful commentary to management, including clear forward-looking insights.

  • Support Cimpress Technology budgeting and forecasting, utilizing strong modeling skills to build financial views from the ground up to help the business navigate a transformative environment.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This includes accelerating the adoption of AI tools to drive efficiency and insights.

  • Drive ad-hoc analysis and projects in conjunction with the broader central FP&A team.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field.

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in a finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated FP&A role. Strong preference for candidates who have supported Technology organizations..

  • Familiarity with major technology cost drivers (e.g., Cloud Spend, Software Capitalization, etc.) is highly desired.

  • A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and a diverse set of backgrounds.

  • Strong verbal and developing written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). Experience with financial planning software (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required.

Compensation: 

 

US Target Hiring Range :$78,000.00 - $133,000.00 Per Year

 

Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, 
the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
