Our Team

The Raw Materials Team within Global Procurement offers an immersive internship experience, providing practical involvement in crucial procurement functions. As an intern, you will be an active member of the Procurement Category Managers team, contributing to the management of a multi-million Euro global spend for Cimpress. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Procurement to Contract process through project management, negotiation preparation, requirements consolidation, and category classification. This internship is designed to provide foundational experience for a successful career in Global Procurement.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Support for tenders’ planning: Data gathering, consolidate requirements, update files;
  • Negotiation preparation: documentation management, support tactics and strategy design;
  • Budget preparation: confirm the latest pricing and current volumes;
  • Project management: support project updates and reviews on the company’s cloud spend management solution;
  • Price management: Support internal communication on price changes to ensure alignment at multiple businesses;
  • Material classification maintenance: ensure that classification on Spend management solution is accurate, including sustainability information.
  • Market Intelligence: understand, consolidate, and present market data to support procurement decisions.

  • Starting 3 rd year or above of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, international relations, commerce, finance or technical studies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self Starter , entrepreneurial spirit, ambitious
  • Well organized, with attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and data analytics
  • Fluent in English

 

 

Nice to Have

  • Other languages are a plus, preferably German, Italian, Mandarin or French
