Company:  Cimpress Services

Who We Are:

Cimpress Services' central teams allow us to remain entrepreneurial; to stay small as we grow. These teams enable our businesses to remain laser-focused on their customers and build the tools and services that make Cimpress greater than the sum of our businesses. We are problem solvers. We are storytellers. We are forward thinking. We are relationship builders. We are responsible for company-wide activities like accounting, capital allocation, global tax planning, procurement, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and protecting the company through compliance and risk management. We’re evolving our processes and technology to support Cimpress’ rapid growth.

This is your opportunity to join the corporate finance team of Cimpress, the world leader in mass customization. We’re currently looking for a motivated FP&A Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team and be the key strategic finance partner for our Cimpress Technology and Cimpress Services organizations. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting the central organization’s leadership teams with all finance-related topics and will own management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning, and the evaluation of financial returns on investment opportunities.

What You Will Do:

  • Own all end-to-end finance workstreams for our Cimpress Technology and Cimpress Services organizations (our collective Central Teams), including budget, forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly financial deliverables.
  • Support, develop and provide oversight over two financial analysts that will help drive all finance workstreams.
  • Own the finance relationship with business partners (Central Teams), establishing trust, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of the group and relevant financial drivers.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting deliverables for our central teams, which includes presenting financial results to the leadership of our Central Teams and in our Quarterly Financial Review meetings with the Cimpress CFO and other members of the leadership team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our financial systems with the expectation of becoming a super user who is a supporting resource for our FP&A peer group.
  • Prepare financial updates for Quarterly Business Reviews and other management deliverables.
  • Assist the respective leadership teams to develop ad hoc financial models and analysis including business case evaluation for new investments and return on investment assessments for past investments.

Your Qualifications:

At Cimpress, we value the experiences that individual team members add to our culture. Please don't hesitate to apply even if you don't meet the exact qualifications, we look forward to learning more about you!

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A with growing responsibility and people management experience is a plus
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with business partners
  • Successful track record of driving budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Experience with financial reporting systems
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
