Job Summary: Data Analyst
As a Payroll MIS Executive/Payroll Analyst at Cimpress India, you will manage payroll-related data and provide analytical support to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the payroll reports. You will leverage your
expertise in data analysis and reporting to drive insights that inform decision-making and enhance overall
organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities:

 Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth analysis of payroll data.
o Create dashboards and reports to provide insights to the management.
o Maintain and update existing reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
o Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


 Tracker and Report Creation:
o Develop new trackers and reports tailored to organizational needs and requirements.
o Collaborate with departments to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business

 Data Management:
o Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices.
o Monthly reconciliation of headcount report with HRIS and highlighting discrepancies to the HR.

 Collaboration with HR and Other Business Functions:
o Work closely with Controllership, FP&A Teams, and Other Business Functions to analyze and report
various financial and non-financial data, including employee lifecycle and audit-related activities.
o Assist in developing Payroll metrics and key performance indicators to measure HR effectiveness.

 Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.


Qualifications and Skills:
 Proven experience of 2 to 7 years in HR/Payroll analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., INDEX MATCH, INDIRECT, Pivot, Data Validation, Macros,
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience in Google
Workspace will be an added advantage.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
