Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Candidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud Benefits. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills and participated in 1 or more go-live for benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows.

Required Skills
• Minimum 3-7 years of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Good knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.
• Should have completed atleast 1 implementation in Compensation module & Application Security
• Should be a go-getter and strong collaborative mindset
• Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
• Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
• Good Knowledge in Compensation setups & Application Security setups (Roles, Privileges etc).
• Experience in designing OTBI & BIP Reports
• Subject Matter expertise in doing personalization for complex scenarios
• Configuration expertise on other modules is highly preferred
• Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
• Should have expertise in HCM Data Loader & BI Publisher tools
• Experience of writing Fast Formulas
• Expert in SQL programming (Advanced level)
• Exposure to Cloud architecture
